The ‘Shiv-ling’ here is far more than a mere stone idol; it is the cosmic pillar, the very axis of the universe and a profound emblem of Lord Shiva’s infinite and unfathomable essence. It embodies the eternal dance of creation and destruction, the delicate cosmic balance maintained by the union of ‘Shiv’ and ‘Shakti’. Encircling this divine axis is the ‘Shiv Parivaar’, idols of ‘Maa Parvati’, ‘Ganesh Ji’, and ‘Kartikeya’ poised in serene meditation, their tranquil presence radiating spiritual calm. Nearby, the devoted ‘Nandi Ji’ watches over them joyfully, symbolizing unwavering loyalty and divine protection.
The mystical aura deepens with tales of snake skins mysteriously appearing at ‘Shivalaya’s doorstep after nightly closure, hinting at the luminous presence of ‘Naags’ guarding this energy vortex. Maha Shivratri Utsav
Publically celebrated occasion once every year
Maha Shivratri, the sacred night honoring the divine union of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, is celebrated with great devotion at Urjaa Dham every year. The day begins with the holy Panch Amrit Snan, followed by the powerful Maha Rudra Abhishek, filling the air with Vedic chants and divine energy. Devotees engage in ritual baths with milk and sacred ash, deepening their spiritual connection.
As evening falls, an open Havan invites all to offer Aahutis for blessings. The day-long Bhandara (Prasad distribution) starts in the afternoon, uniting devotees worldwide in devotion, service, and celebration. Participation is open to all—physically or through contributions.
