Urjaa Trust® (“we”, “our”, “us”) including all projects, programs and events is committed to provide valuable spiritual guidance to community for the welfare of mankind. Your hard earned single paisa which is donated with a faith is very valuable to us so we ensure that it should be used properly and accordingly.

You are requested to make donations in the form of money through UPI, NEFT, RTGS, DD or cheque or through direct bank transaction.

The Gupt-Daan (Secret Donation) should only be donated in the donation box not in hand of any member. If you are donating in cash, you are requested to register the amount donated in the account book in front of you with your whatsapp or email correctly added so that the digital donation receipt could be sent to you.

If you are donating any precious metal or gem, kindly register yourself before offering it to any deity, so that it could be collected their after, preventing it to get disposed with the other disposing items.

Types of Transactions

  • General Donations: All donations made to Urjaa Trust® are considered voluntary contributions to support the charitable & Spiritual mission
  • Specific Purpose Donations: Donations made for specific purposes such as for expansions, constructions and other movable/immovable assets.
  • Asset Donation: Donations made other than money, like land, books, utensils, beddings, construction material, etc.
  • Donation for Event/Program: Registrations towards online/offline weekend meets for special events, session bookings, Healing Therapy, Energy Medicine, Certification or onsite visits for research purposes

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to donations in any form made through our website urjaatrust.org, via payment gateways, UPI or other means. .

Refund Eligibility

  • Final and Non-Refundable: All donations in any manner are considered final and non-refundable, except under certain criteria and applicable law.
  • Exception Criteria: Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors resulting in duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions and fraudulent activities. 
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as Natural disasters, Government restrictions, Pandemic-related lockdowns, Closures beyond our control, we will provide full credit for future services of equal value and a option to transfer to another available date and time 
  • Refund on behalf of Exception Criteria: To request a refund, please contact us at info@urjaatrust.org or whatsapp at +91 76963-25471 with the required Information of full name and registered email address, transaction ID and payment reference number, date of transaction, reason for refund request and supporting documents (if applicable) You will be acknowledged within 24-48 hours of receiving your request with the reviewing Period of 2-3 business days for evaluation. It may take 5-7 business days after approval depending on your bank. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction excluding third-party charges including but not limited to payment gateway fees
